Store and Orders

219Signs.com is operated by Signs OverNITE. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate order, shipping, contact, and payment information. Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, payment authorization, and applicable law.

Product Information and Customization

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, options, and prices accurately. Screen colors and product appearance may vary. Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, numbers, wording, colors, sizes, and other selections entered or chosen for personalized or custom products before completing an order.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges are shown in the cart and at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping methods and charges are listed on our Shipping page and shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Returns

Only unopened chrome products (chrome emblems, chrome letters & numbers and other chrome items) can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays the return shipping. Refunds are issued the same day the returned item is received. All signs, stickers and decals are custom made, so they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent transactions, or use the service in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

Customers who submit custom text, artwork, logos, or other material are responsible for having the rights or authorization necessary to use that material. Website content and original materials remain subject to their applicable ownership and intellectual-property rights.

Limitation and Changes

To the extent permitted by law, liability relating to a product or order is limited to the remedies available under applicable law and these terms. We may update these terms as our services or legal requirements change; the version posted when an order is placed governs that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
